Using a pre-release build
Open Settings → Help & support inside StarChatSocial. The in-app route is the safest place to ask about account access, technical problems, reports, or a feature you cannot use.
Safety concerns
For a post, profile, or conversation, use the in-app report and block controls so the exact content and account context can be reviewed. StarChatSocial is not an emergency service. If someone is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service.
Subscriptions and payments
Web subscriptions are not live. Do not send card, bank, tax, identity, or transaction details through this website. Billing support and a verified contact path must be published before any public checkout opens.
